Courtesy of dudefoods.com comes an ice cream eating dream. Here in Thailand, with our year long warm temperatures, eating ice cream is always a good idea, in moderation of course.
This concoction is exactly what it sounds like, an oversized cookie shaped into cone form. They've been around for a while, and all we can hope is that these bad boys are coming to Thailand…and soon. The idea of eating a cookie that is also covered in cold and tasty ice cream is perfect.
Apparently if you smear the inside of the cone with a something extra like chocolate cream you make the concoction even better…. To make this at home in Thailand since today it is not available anywhere hre (if someone knows of a place in Phuket serving this, please let us know), Dude Foods found through trial and error that all you have to do is bake a large cookie and roll it into cone shape the instant it's finished baking, before it has the chance to harden. You can use any cone-shaped object to help.

Once done, you fill your chocolate chip cookie cone with anty flavor of ice cream and your taste buds will react like the Rolling Stones are playing “satisfaction” inside your mouth. For your next dessert trick, try other flavors of dough like oatmeal raisin, peanut butter and chocolate cookie dough.
