Phuket’s local food

We were in Patong and some locals suggested we try this local place near Patong hospital.

First we tried a disgusting Pink- sweet noodle dish Yen Ta four, loaded with a mix of ingredients that do not complement at all.

This sludge of ingredients with a sweet pink sauce over it just does not work.

Some how the second dish did work and was surprisingly good. Interesting that food can be so close yet so far in terms of quality and taste.
