Amazing yet so simple. The creamy texture of the avocado and the firm texture of the tuna were complemented by the crispy shallots and the flavors were contrasted by the citrus sauce. Give this a try at Anantara's sea fire and salt restaurant.
This dish was created at Anantara Resort in Maikhao beach on one of Phukets best beaches. The food is excellent there. it is one of phukets top restaurants. We would certainly rank it in top Phuket restaurants for sure.
