This restaurant in Patong is great.
The bubbles restaurant is an off the beaten path high quality place that combines thai and European dishes.
This selection of tapas was fantastic, such a variety of high quality nibbles, order this, some squid some tuna some salmon, bacon and shrimp with caprese salad.
We then moved on to to the white mushroom cappuccino soup, with crispy foccacia to add some crispy texture and the combination was excellent, above our expectations.
The homemade noodles were excellent, it is so refreshing to take on a noodle dish of another level. The curry was perfect and in our opinion clearly also benefiting from the GMs French roots, a fantastic dish
Next came the snow fish served with a vegetable medley and a cheese sauce that really brought this dish together. The fish was of very high quality.
Finally, we worked on a 150 day aged steak that was immaculately prepared and brought out the flavor of the excellent quality of the meat. We were full. But onto dessert…
This was also excellent and ended the evening, we were extremely impressed by the bubbles restaurant at the Grand Mercure in Patong.
